Refund and Exchange Policy

Please kindly open your packages within 3 working days of receiving it, and notify us of any issues within the same period as well; please kindly submit photos of all packaging and affected items. All goods are thoroughly checked and packed for safe passage, and insurance is purchased from the courier company engaged in case of damage during delivery. Any claims for damage will be subjected to approval by the courier company following an investigation of the delivery process based on evidence provided by the recipient of the items. Similarly, loss of items will be investigated by the courier company and compensations will be determined by them following due investigation. Thank you for your kind understanding.
